Quentin Tarantino’s ninth film made a major splash this week at the 24th annual Capri Hollywood International Film Festival in Capri, Italy. The festival named Tarantino Best Director for his work on Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and honored Shannon McIntosh as Producer of the Year. The film’s large cast was celebrated as Best Ensemble Cast, with the festival’s honorary president Tony Renis announcing in a statement, “Combined, these amazing performers populate the captivating scenario of 1969 Los Angeles, arousing the enthusiasm of audiences from all around the world.” McIntosh was on hand to collect the awards alongside an esteemed collection of industry luminaries from across the globe.
