The nominations for the 92nd Academy Awards were announced by John Cho and Issa Rae this morning from the brand new David Geffen Theater at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. Once Upon a Time in… Hollywood scored 10 noms, including Best Picture, Best Director (Quentin Tarantino), Best Actor (Leonardo DiCaprio), Best Supporting Actor (Brad Pitt), Best Original Screenplay (Quentin Tarantino), Best Cinematography (Robert Richardson), Best Costume Design (Arianne Phillips), Best Sound Editing (Wylie Stateman), Best Sound Mixing (Michael Minkler, Christian P. Minkler and Mark Ulano), and Best Production Design (Production Design: Barbara Ling; Set Decoration: Nancy Haigh). The 92nd Academy Awards will be held at the Dolby Theatre at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday, February 9th, and will be broadcast live on ABC. See a full list of nominees here.
